NHRA To Feature Legends At Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals

One of the world’s most prestigious drag race will feature some big names in NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series history, as the NHRA Legends Tour will showcase eight renowned stars at the 64th annual Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals, August 29–September 3, at Lucas Oil Raceway in Indianapolis.

The NHRA Legends Tour will feature Don Prudhomme, Ed McCulloch, Don Garlits, Shirley Muldowney, Al Segrini, Tom Prock, Darrell Gwynn, and Terry Vance.

The Tour serves as a thrilling aspect of the race known as the Big Go featuring nearly 1,000 drivers competing across 12 categories with the goal of grabbing a coveted Wally trophy. The top drivers in Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock, and Pro Stock Motorcycle will all compete during the event.

The NHRA Legends Tour during the Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals will feature meet-and-greets, autograph sessions, and a variety of other activities.
 
Tickets for the world’s most prestigious drag race can be purchased by calling the NHRA Ticket Sales Center at (800) 884-NHRA (6472), or online at www.NHRA.com/tickets. Kids 12 and under are free in general admission areas with a paid adult. To honor the Salute to First Responders, military and first responders can save 20 percent on general admission tickets at the gate.
