Aston Martin Formula 1 Team Names New Team Principal
The Aston Martin Formula 1 Team has restructured its leadership, appointing Andy Cowell as CEO and team principal for the England-based outfit.
The team has restructured its aerodynamics, engineering and performance departments by separating them into dedicated trackside and AMR Technology Campus-based teams, both reporting to Cowell.
Mike Krack, who joined the team in 2022 as team principal, has been named chief trackside officer. Enrico Cardile will lead the AMR Technology Campus team as chief technical officer. He will oversee the architecture, design and build of new race cars.
Tom McCullough, an 11-year veteran of the team, will also remain in a yet-to-be-named leadership role in the brand's expansion into a broader range of racing categories, the team said.
