On December 22, 2014, Ross Racing Pistons lost one of its founding members, Jack "Moe" Mills, 68.

Mills was the victim of a senseless auto accident, and, although he fought for four days, he succumbed to his injuries.

Ross Pistons posted on its Facebook page, "Through 35 years of business, Moe was, is and will always be an integral part of this company. Rest in peace, friend."
