Weedsport Speedway in Weedsport, New York, has released its schedule for the 2016 season, which includes three Premier Dirt Series races and a Sportsman Shootout Series.

On May 22, Weedsport Speedway kicks off the season with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, an event that includes the first round of the 2016 Sportsman Shootout Series.

A double-header for the Sportsman Shootout Series will take place on June 5, followed by the World of Outlaws Late Models on June 21.

The third annual Sportsman Classic will be on July 4, and racing continues on July 24 with the Empire Super Sprints and Big-Block Modifieds.

In August, Weedsport Speedway kicks off this year's Hall of Fame festivities. The Hall of Fame 100 will be on Aug. 9, and the Empire Super Sprints' "Legends Reunion" on Aug. 21.

Sept. 17 and 18, Weedsport hosts the Super DIRTcar Series Big-Block Modifieds in a 125-lap event, followed by the final of the Sportsman Shootout Series.

The 2016 Super DIRT Week kickoff begins on Oct. 5.
