Magnum Gaskets announced that its aftermarket business has been acquired by Dana Holding Corporation (NYSE: DAN), a worldwide leader in engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies. Magnum’s product line expansion plans and its focus on serving program groups, WDs and the independent aftermarket receives a big boost heading into 2016.

The Magnum Gaskets brand was launched in 2012 by Modern Silicone Technologies, America’s leading contract manufacturer of high-tech molded gaskets for major aftermarket brands and OEMs for over 20 years. Modern Silicone Technologies, Inc. will continue to serve unrelated markets for high-technology molded rubber and plastic products.
