First Brands—the Rochester, Michigan-based parent company of FRAM, Raybestos, Centric/StopTech, and more automotive manufacturing brands—has acquired a provider of towing and hauling accessories named Horizon Global. Based in Plymouth, Michigan, the company offers several brands, including Draw-Tite, Reese, Bulldog, Fulton, Tekonsha, Witter, and more. 

Horizon Global is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Brands, company reps announced.
