Jeff Howes Named UTC VP Of Marketing

Universal Trailer Corporation (UTC), a trailer manufacturer in the United States, has announced the appointment of Jeff Howes to the position of Vice President of Marketing.
Howes brings to UTC an extensive marketing background with over 20 years of experience in product, brand and channel marketing. He most recently served as Vice President/General Manager for the Water Initiative and spent 10 years at Newell Rubbermaid as Director of Marketing for their Tools Business Segment.

Recent UTC product development launches have included the new aluminum Haulmark ALX trailer series, Wells Cargo SilverSport aluminum trailers, the Featherlite Liberty living quarters, the Haulmark Motorcoach STATUS Luxury Coach and the new Exiss living quarters trailers.
In 2015, construction started on a new, 200,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Bristol, Indiana. This new plant will feature advanced manufacturing techniques not currently used in the cargo trailer industry and will further fuel product innovation.
Universal Trailer Corporation manufactures trailers for the enclosed cargo, horse, livestock, motorsports, snowmobile, ATV, motorcycle, utility, vending and custom specialty trailer categories. The company markets through a network of over 1,000 dealers under internationally recognized brands, including Featherlite, Exiss, Sooner, Haulmark, Haulmark Motorcoach and Wells Cargo.
