The asking price for the 34.5-acre facility—which features a 3/8-mile, slightly banked clay oval—is set at $500,000.
 
The track regularly features seven divisions of racing including crate late models, Hobby 602s, modified streets, stock V8s, stock fours and front wheel drives.
 
Since it opened its doors in 1969, Hartwell has been visited by many of racing’s greats, including Jonathan Davenport, Jeremy Mayfield, Ty Dillon, Austin Dillon and Shane Clanton.
