AFCO Performance Group, an Indiana-based specialty manufacturer of automotive racing and high performance suspension, brakes, cooling, and exhaust products, announced that it has acquired Robbie Stanley Racing (RSR) of Concord, North Carolina. Robbie Stanley Racing is a premier producer of custom-built quarter midget race cars.  

“We are excited to add another high quality brand to the AFCO Performance Group family,” said Jeff Scales, president of AFCO Performance Group. “It is important to us to invest in the future of motorsports. The training we can help provide to these young racers will translate into long standing relationships as they climb through the ranks.  We are honored to be involved in a sport where family values are prevalent and kids are the center of attention.”
 
Ron Stanley, Rita Stanley, and Ryan Stanley will remain active in the business with Ryan continuing full time in sales and technical support and Ron and Rita attending races and providing trackside support. Nick Beaver, welder/fabricator, will continue to provide the same quality race cars RSR is known for.
