Global Rallycross Championship To Stage Race At 2012 SEMA Show

Global Rallycross Championship (GRC) will bring the spectacle of rallycross racing to the 2012 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The race will take place on Tuesday, October 30, the opening night of SEMA, on a course specially constructed on Las Vegas Convention Center grounds, directly across from the convention hall.

Global Rallycross will also be featured in SEMA’s Racing and Performance Forum at 1 p.m. on October 30. The forum will be moderated by John Waraniak, SEMA Vice President of Vehicle Technology, and include Jamie Allison, Director of Ford Racing, Jim Campbell, Vice President of General Motors Performance Vehicles and Motorsports, and Ralph Gilles, President and CEO of Street and Racing Technology Brand and Motorsports, Chrysler Group.

The event will be televised on the ESPN networks.
