Melling Engine Parts has hired Steve Arent for the position of Eastern Regional Sales Manager. He will replace Jerry Hendrix, who is retiring at the end of the year.

Arent brings strong knowledge and experience of the industry with over 17 years in the automotive aftermarket. He comes to Melling/Dura-Bond from Dart Machinery, where he served as National Sales Manager since 2006.

He also worked at Keith Eickert Performance Products and Paul Pfaff Enterprises.

Arent owns a BA degree from Citrus College in Azusa, California.
