More Presenters Announced For RTBC-2013 At PRI

The 2013 Race Track Business Conference welcomes back two racing luminaries to the event management and media/broadcasting sessions. Former President of Charlotte Motor Speedway Humpy Wheeler and Found of Turn 3 Media Ralph Sheheen hae been added to the RTBC-2013 presentation lineup.
Additional sessions include track safety and legal and risk managememt. Presenting speakers for the track safety session are Randy LaJoie, president of The Joie of Seating; Chris Paulsen, president of C&R Racing; Carl Olson, motorsports manager for the SFI Foundation; and Andrew Holter, emergency service specialist for NFPA.
Track safety isn't just safer barriers—every piece of equipment is important. Questions to be answered include "What factors are considered in component design?" "Who sets the standards—the government or the industry?" "Which is better, full or part-time emergency workers?"
Offering insight for the Legal & Risk Management sessions are Mark Richards, partner at Ice Miller; Wesley Zirkle, general counsel for Just Marketing Inc.; Bill Anthony, COO of Motorsports Management International; and John Gorsline, president of The Gorsline Company.
Discussions include what to do next legally after an accident, how to handle claims for injured drivers, liability waivers and more.
The cost to attend teh RTBC-2103 is $250, which includes lunch and admission to the PRI Trade Show. It takes place on December 11 in conjunction with PRI.
