WELD, manufacturers of WELD Racing Wheels, has announced the addition of Richard Greenblatt as the company’s new vice president of operations. Greenblatt has over 30 years of experience in production, machining, operations and manufacturing management and most recently was the field project operations manager for Doosan Infracore America.

“With his proven leadership, project management and engineering skills, Richard is a strategic addition to our team as we continue our upward growth path as a company,” said Norman Young, president and CEO. “Not only does Richard excel in manufacturing production, he also fits well into our company culture as a lifelong car enthusiast.”

Greenblatt has worked on several local and regional race teams, and has owned several classic and muscle cars. He currently owns a highly-modified Mustang with over 800 horsepower.

A former manufacturing engineering manager for ThyssenKrupp Crankshaft, his career has included work at several automotive and industrial companies, including Brad Foote Gear Works, Carlisle Industrial Brake, Ardisan, Inc., Condux International and Extrusion Dies Incorporated.
