An agreement, in principle, has been reached between Marc Olson, owner of Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas, for the sale of the facility to Mike Johnson and Don Marrs.

Past track champions include current NASCAR Sprint Cup driver Clint Bowyer (2001-02 Modified championship). The track also was recently added to the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Schedule for 2013.

Terrace parking patrons are encouraged to submit their renewals by this Saturday's (December 15) deadline, as all unsold spots will go to those on a long waiting list.

Driver registrations will be going out soon as well.
