Membership Auto Renewal Program

By opting into the Membership Auto Renewal program, I authorize PRI to charge my credit card on file for PRI membership dues renewal fees once each year. The amount charged will be based on the member's annual membership category selected approximately 90 days prior to the membership expiration.

PRI members participating in the auto renewal program will be sent an email notification to the primary email address associated with your membership account at least 30 days prior to their credit card being charged. You are responsible for maintaining a current email address that is capable of receiving PRI emails. Inability to receive PRI emails will not be regarded as grounds for a refund. The automatic renewal is not an obligation to pay and can be canceled by the PRI member at any time. In the case of unauthorized payments made using credit cards belonging to the member's organization/company, a representative of the member may contact PRI to dispute the charge any time prior to the current membership expiration date. After the current membership expiration date, disputes regarding payments made on credit cards will not be considered.

All memberships are valid for one year. The date on which PRI initiates automatic renewal charges may vary from year to year.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you authorize PRI to process an automatic once-yearly recurring payment to PRI from the credit, debit, or bank card you have on file with PRI. Any automatic recurring payment method or renewal authorization will remain in effect until withdrawn by the member or terminated by PRI.

PRI accepts credit, debit, and bank payments by VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If paying using a credit card that belongs to your company, you agree that you are an authorized user of said credit card. In the event that you become not authorized to use the card, you are responsible for removing the credit card information from PRI and replacing it with a different payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing and payment information in order to facilitate automatic renewal payments.

All payments must be made in United States dollars.

If PRI does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent at the time when automatic renewal charges are initiated, you agree to pay all amounts due upon PRI’s demand. If attempt(s) to collect payment fail, PRI in its discretion may consider your membership expired and you will forfeit any benefits associated with the automatic renewal program.

In the event of any material changes to the terms of the auto renewal program, PRI will provide notice of the change and information about how you may cancel.
