AERA EPIC

The AERA Engine Professional Industry Conference (EPIC) returns to the Indiana Convention Center the day prior to the start of the PRI Show. The program includes breakfast, lunch, and four technical seminars. The technical program consists of Kevin Feeney and Shannon Strother of P1 Manufacturing presenting "T=kDP The Facts About Clamp Load, Torque and Friction"; Randy Neal of CWT Industries will join Ben Strader and Billy Godbold for "Flat–plane and Cross–plane Crankshafts"; Lake Speed Jr. of SPEEDiagnostix will present "Surface Texture"; and "Bearings: How They Function, Why They Fail and How to Increase Reliability" will be shared by Dan Begle of King Engine Bearings. Women With Drive V Summit

More than 750 attendees—both women and men who support motorsports—are expected to participate in the Women with Drive – Driven by Mobil 1 Summit that features a variety of panels, breakouts, and workshops. Panel topics will cover women in motorsports sponsorship, the value of the female motorsports fanbase, the value of volunteering, and women shaping the motorsports narrative.

Attendees will be able to choose from several breakout sessions that cover inspiring the next generation of women in motorsports, leading without burning out, mentorship, sharing success stories of women racers, how to turn intention into impact and drive lasting change across the industry, strategies in modern motorsports communication, how women contribute to motorsports safety, and understanding online harms in sport with the United Against Online Abuse coalition.

Breakout sessions will be on the agenda, covering "Breaking In: Non–Traditional Pathways into Motorsports," and a student workshop on "ACE Your Way In: Breaking Into Motorsports Through Non–Traditional Paths."

Race Track Business Conference (RTBC)

The Race Track Business Conference (RTBC), presented by the National Speedway Directory, is a one–day event for industry leaders to collaborate, analyze, and conceptualize around the business of motorsports. The 14th annual RTBC will again be hosted by Tim Frost and feature eight educational sessions and a keynote, with topics and speakers listed on the RTBC website. Reasons to attend RTBC 2025: Insights from the experts and educational opportunities; hear new experiences and how successful track owners, operators, promoters and more view the current economic challenges of our industry; insights from organizers of actual events and motorsports facilities; gain exposure to new ideas and trends that will help you succeed; encounter new vendors and suppliers; meet with a wide range of professionals from every form of racing; and network with peers. ICMS Annual Congress & RTSP

The mission of the International Council of Motorsport Sciences (ICMS) is to disseminate the latest knowledge in motorsport safety by bringing together the very people who can make it happen.

The conference curriculum is thoughtfully crafted with themed sessions in both the morning and afternoon of each day. Expert presenters will share over the two days their knowledge and scientific study results, fostering engaging discussions and valuable Q&A sessions. ICMS members have played a pivotal role in creating many of the lifesaving procedures and products now utilized across all forms of motorsports worldwide.

Another event from ICMS is the Race Track Safety Program (RTSP) that is scheduled for Friday, December 12. This one–day, hands–on training is specifically designed for the personnel responsible for providing on–track safety initiatives. RTSP brings together a team of experts in their respective fields, who will deliver the latest in safety education and training, ensuring that the motorsport community is well–prepared and equipped for any situation.

The SFI curriculum encompasses eight comprehensive training stations, each focusing on critical aspects of safety management. Participants will engage in essential training, covering topics such as HANS and helmet removal, spinal immobilization, driver extraction, airway management, and hemorrhage control within a chassis or tub. Additionally, the program will explore the crucial driver and medic interaction found in the car, as well as essential medical center skills.

Grand Opening Breakfast

Sagamore Ballroom

Racing legend Mario Andretti will be the featured guest at this year's Grand Opening Breakfast. Kick off the world's largest gathering of motorsports professionals with a complimentary, hot breakfast and watch a once–in–a–lifetime opportunity as Speed Sport's Ralph Sheheen will interview the driver who was named "Driver of the 20th Century" by the Associated Press.

Andretti's attendance is made possible by The MagnaFlow Group.

Prior to the interview will be the announcement of the newest PRI Hall of Fame class. We will celebrate the latest inductees who have made a significant impact to the motorsports industry and PRI.

Doors to the Grand Opening Breakfast open at 6:30 a.m., and the program begins at 7:30 a.m. The breakfast is free to all PRI attendees, but guests are advised to arrive early as seating is on a first–come, first–served basis.

PRI has taken the best of the Show's social receptions and combined them into one new, exciting event called the PRI Full Throttle Social fueled by Aeromotive. Connect with both exhibitors and attendees in a fun and lively atmosphere served with complimentary appetizers and beer. This year's inaugural event takes place on the Lucas Oil Stadium Concourse following Show Day 1.

Featured Products Showcase

Indiana Convention Center, Capitol Connector

The Featured Products Showcase (FPS) at the PRI Trade Show is where buyers and media discover the latest motorsports products. It is strategically located at the ICC Capitol Connector, which is near the Yellow Hall, Georgia Street entrance, and Capitol Cube hanging car. A panel of top racing industry professionals, including track operators, sanctioning bodies' representatives, social media influencers and media, will select the FPS winners.

Hot Rodders of Tomorrow

Wednesday, December 10 – Saturday, December 13

Green Hall, Rooms 125–128

The Hot Rodders of Tomorrow (HROT) National Championship features high school teams from throughout the country tearing down and reassembling engines in a timed competition that determines the national champion during the PRI Trade Show. The four–day event is the culmination of a year–long battle with competitions across the US for scholarship money and industry recognition. Wednesday and Thursday will narrow down the field, with the top four teams aligning with the top four from the 2025 SEMA Show for the Elite Eight showdown on Friday and Saturday.

Sim Racing Arena

Lucas Oil Stadium

The PRI SIM Racing Arena presented by SRO Motorsports Group America brings sim racing back to the PRI Show floor in Lucas Oil Stadium. Sim racing companies are conveniently located in one place to allow racers to try different systems and see demonstrations of the products and systems in action.

PRI has condensed its Education program to Friday, December 12, all in one location. This year's lineup starts off with "Key Performance with Bearing, Oil, and Balancing" from 9 – 10:30 a.m. Dan Begle of King Engine Bearings, Randy Neal of CWT Industries, and Lake Speed Jr. of SPEEDiagnostix will discuss current performance technology of the interaction with engine bearings, oil film and crankshaft harmonics. From 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Alex Striler returns to present "Sponsorship 101." He will share why brands sponsor and what they want, ROI, valuations and pricing, networking and meeting new sponsors, plus more in this impactful 90–minute seminar. From 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. will be "Drive Momentum with AI." Chuck Tate and Kevin Barber of Digital Momentum will discuss how AI has changed the playbook by lowering costs that create better ROI. This session will walk you through the AI process and give you a tool to make your implementation easy to execute. Starting at 3:00 p.m. will be "How Influencers Can Influence YOUR Customer Base." A panel of influencers and industry decision makers will share how to find the best influencers to promote your business and share your marketing message, maintain an advantageous relationship for both parties, and create a plan that effectively delivers results.

Student Program

Track promoters, operators, and sanctioning body leadership and staff have made T.O.P.S. HQ their own "headquarters" during all three days of the PRI Show. For the 2025 Show, the area has been expanded to offer a better atmosphere where to conduct business, plus additional seminars and learning opportunities to improve operations. The schedule will include hot topics, panel discussions, and education opportunities. Note: These sessions are only open to track and sanction officials, management, and staff. A complete schedule for the T.O.P.S. HQ presented by MyRacePass.com and supporting sponsor PJH TrackBite will be released just prior to the PRI Show.

PRI Paddock & Hanging Race Car

Located in the Capitol Cube entrance of the Indiana Convention Center, what will be this year's hanging car display? New this year is the PRI Paddock in the Capitol Cube (next to the hanging car) where five additional race cars will be on display, plus stop by throughout the Show as live interviews will take place during all three Show days.

Bowl with some of your favorite race car drivers and raise money for a good cause at the same time. A fun outing benefiting Riley's Children's Foundation at Western Bowl (6441 W. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46241) will be held prior to the star of the PRI Show on Wednesday, December 10 beginning at 6:00 p.m. A team of four bowlers costs $200, while individual bowlers can participate at $50 per person, and spectators who don't want to bowl can join the fun at $20. Trailers, Motorcoach and RV Exhibits

PRI's Trailers, Motorcoach and RV Exhibits is an exclusive opportunity to view and tour state–of–the–art racing trailers, motorcoaches, haulers, and toterhomes from top transportation providers in one space. Also, see a lineup of related transportation products and get your questions answered directly by manufacturers' representatives. This is a must–visit destination for race teams, service providers, and trackside sales professionals interested in the latest innovations in racing transportation. PRI's Trailers Exhibits is located in the Lucas Oil Stadium (LOS), which is accessible from the main PRI Show Floor Yellow Hall and the parking lot.

Hammertown

Off-road racing will have its own presence on the PRI Show floor in the 7100 aisle of the ICC's Green Hall. View products from off-road companies along with several off-road race vehicles on display. Hammetown can be found at the bottom of the escalators from the Westin.
