MBE Group, a marketing communications agency serving the automotive, mobility and other industries, has acquired Growth Machine, a Chicago-based, boutique content marketing agency. 

Growth Machine was founded in 2017 and specializes in B2C and B2B digital content creation and SEO for consumer goods, tech and eCommerce brands, the company said.

All of Growth Machine’s fully remote workforce has joined MBE Group, with Nora Schlesinger, Growth Machine’s CEO, becoming a vice president and part of the MBE Group leadership team.

"The acquisition expands MBE Group’s expertise in digital marketing and strengthens our reach in the tech and consumer goods sectors," the company said in a statement announcing the acquisition.

MBE Group's headquarters will remain in the Detroit area.
