New Race Director For Canada's Merrittville Speedway

Melissa Stevens has been appointed as the new race director for Merrittville Speedway in Thorold, Ontario, Canada.

Stevens, the granddaughter of the late Ray Stevens and daughter of the late Brian Stevens, brings years of experience—including scheduling, scoring, qualifying procedures, rules, requirements, and more—to her position.

Merrittville Speedway is owned by Don and Lorraine Speice. The track celebrates its 69th season with a test, tune, and inspection day set for Saturday, April 11. The annual Spring Sizzler presented by Garrison Automotive is set for following Saturday and will feature Southern Ontario Sprints, 358 Modifieds, sportsman cars, Hoosier stocks, and four cylinders.
