BAPS Motor Speedway (PA) Announces 2023 Hall of Fame

BAPS Motor Speedway (PA) Hall of Fame Class of 2023


General Manager Kolten Gouse and the management team at BAPS Motor Speedway in York Haven, Pennsylvania, have announced its Hall of Fame Class of 2023:

  • Frankie Herr (Super Sportsman)
  • Jeff Leiphart (358 Late Model)
  • Will Shatzer (358 Late Model)
  • Stan Wanner (Street Stock)
  • Charlie Pensinger (Extreme Stock) 
  • Ben Woodring (Owner/Builder)
  • Glenn Hyneman (Outstanding Achievement)


Inductees will be honored during a ceremony as part of the racing program on Saturday, May 27. The 4/10-mile semi-banked dirt oval will feature 358 sprint cars, Meyer's RV Super Sportsman, Creekside Auto Sales Late Models, and Superior Homes Extreme Stocks. 

"We are pleased with how the Hall of Fame has been received by fans, drivers, and teams. This has been one of the premier events on our schedule since it started during the 2018 season," Gouse said. "We are excited about this year's class. This group has meant so much to racing over the years, and we look forward to honoring them."
