Twin Branch Drag Strip--the 1/8-mile track in Mingo County, West Virginia formerly known as Almost Heaven Motorsports Park--is available for lease. The state-of-the-art facility includes a 54-foot by 100-foot burnout area, a concrete drag strip surface, concrete safety walls, a shutdown area, a safety trap, a paved return lane, a staging area, and an emergency vehicle staging area. 

The facility has the potential to attract racing enthusiasts to southern West Virginia on a weekly basis and to create a significant economic impact as a result of this unique tourism development project. 

The Mingo County Redevelopment Authority (MCRA) seeks an operator to continue the lease under International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) sanction.
