Enthusiast Enterprises Incorporated (EEI) has expanded by acquiring VIVID Racing, an automotive parts and accessories e-commerce platform.

EEI's divisions now include Custom Offsets, Fitment Industries, Function Powersports, MAPerformance, Mr. Wheel Deal, SD Wheel, SD Wholesale, Trailbuilt Offroad and Vivid Racing.

Vivid Racing catalog includes both third-party and its own branded components, such as exhausts, suspension kits and tuning solutions.

"This move strengthens EEI's market position and accelerates its vision of being the automotive enthusiasts' go-to e-commerce company for all things on and off-road," the company said in a statement announcing the acquisition.
