Racing Returns To Lakeside Speedway (KS)

Auto racing returns to Lakeside Speedway—the dirt track in Kansas City, Kansas—after the facility recovered from floods that kept the track idle for a majority of the 2019 season.

Weekly racing returns Friday, August 2, and will feature the Top Gun Series along with A-Mods, B-Mods, stock cars, Pure Stocks, E-Mods and Mod-Lites. A special memorial for drivers who passed away this season will also take place.

Due to the late season start, the track will extend this year’s schedule from September 6 to October 4, when a champion will emerge in each weekly racing division.
