Exhibiting companies who have breaking news announcements that will be of interest to a large number of media can host a press conference at the 2024 PRI Show, December 12-14 in Indianapolis. 

Hundreds of motorsports journalists will attend the PRI Show to report on the latest products, trends and breaking industry news, and exhibitors who have important news to publicize—including recent acquisitions, expansions, partnerships and related company announcements—are encouraged to host a complimentary 30-minute press conference on the PRI Show campus. Time slots are limited, so reach out today!

Press conferences can be held in PRI’s dedicated Press Conference Center (Rooms 111-112, across from the Media Center in the Green Hall) or in the exhibiting company's booth. 

Press conferences that are scheduled by Friday, November 29 will be included in the Official PRI Show Press Conference Schedule, which is shared with registered media prior to the Show and distributed in the Media Center.
