Holley Performance Products Acquires MSD Group

Holley Performance Products announced late last month that it has acquired El Paso, Texas-based MSD Group, which includes such brands as MSD, Mr. Gasket, Accel, Superchips, Edge, Racepak, Mallory, Hays, QuickTime and Lakewood.

Bowling Green, Kentucky-based Holley’s speed-part brands already include Weiand, NOS, Hooker, Flowtech, and Earls. The flagship MSD provides ignition systems for virtually all forms of racing, including competitors in NASCAR, NHRA, World of Outlaws, SCORE and many more.
