F1: Alpine to Shut Down Works Engine Program After 2025

Alpine, the French brand and Formula 1 team, will cease operations of its Formula 1 power unit development program at the end of 2025.

Located in Viry-Chatillon, France, the power unit department has been building Formula 1 engines since Alpine's parent company Renault entered the sport in the 1970s, according to Formula 1.
