NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series 2023 Schedule Announced

The NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series, starring some of the best and most decorated sportsman drivers in drag racing, has announced the schedule for the upcoming 2023 season.

Starting on February 3–4 at Orlando Speed World Dragway in Orlando, Florida, the season will include 46 total divisional events and 24 regional events, finishing November 3–5 at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

The season will also feature nine doubleheader events, set for Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park in Phoenix (Feb. 23–26); The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (April 19–22); Texas Motorplex in Dallas, Texas (May 18–21); Woodburn Dragstrip in Woodburn, Oregon (July 13–16); Heartland Motorsports Park in Topeka, Kansas (July 27–30); Pacific Raceways in Seattle, Washington (Aug. 10–13); Yellowstone Drag Strip in Acton, Montana (Aug. 24–26); Tulsa Raceway Park in Tulsa, Oklahoma (Sept. 21–24); and World Wide Technology Raceway in St. Louis, Missouri (Oct. 4–7).

The JEGS SPORTSnationals will again take place at National Trail Raceway in Hebron, Ohio, on July 12–13 as part of a weekend at the Columbus, Ohio-area facility. The event leads directly into the divisional and regional race on July 14–16 at National Trail Raceway.

The 25 regional events will also feature exciting 270-mph racing from the Top Alcohol Dragster and Top Alcohol Funny Car classes.
