Day Motor Sports CEO Dan Hamilton and CFO Stacy Hamilton have acquired the company from Gen Cap America, a private investment firm headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee.

Established in 1971, the Tyler, Texas-based company is a supplier of dirt track racing parts and serves retail customers, local parts distributors, manufacturers and vehicle builders through multiple channels, including eCommerce.
