New P1 Motor Club in Florida's Treasure Coast


Details have been recently announced for a new motorsports community in Port St. Lucie, Florida. P1 Motor Club, set to open next year, will feature two world-class race tracks, country club amenities and various real estate offerings.

P1 Motor Club was founded by Ari Straus, a founding partner and longtime managing partner and CEO of Monticello Motor Club in New York. The 650-acre site is conveniently located near the Florida Turnpike and I-95 and is also 50 minutes north of Palm Beach and 20 minutes west of the Atlantic Ocean.

Details for the new P1 Motor Club include:

  • The "P1 Circuit," a 4.5-mile track, also features a residential community and clubhouse.
  • The "Treasure Coast Motorsports Complex," features a 3.2-mile race track, a 1.2-mile karting track, an off-road course, skid pads and an event pavilion.
  • The "P1 Motorsports R&D Park," has commercial space for race shops and motorsports businesses, plus large vehicle storage.
