Meyer Distributing, the provider of automotive specialty products marketing and distribution, has announced a new cross-dock location in San Diego, California.

The facility will have a direct, next-day feed from Meyer’s Kingman, Arizona distribution hub, which houses one of the largest inventories of automotive accessories and RV parts in the region.

“We were servicing the Southwest with 50,000-square-feet in Ontario, California, since we entered the market with our first customers in 2013. We are thrilled now to move to Kingman, Arizona, into 250,000-square-feet expandable in three more phases to 1,000,000-square-feet,” Meyer Distributing CEO Jeff Braun said. “Between the facility and inventory, we’ll have $60 million of investment in the region with next day service to New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, and Utah.” 

The San Diego location will be fully operational on January 1, 2021, according to the company.
