Pro Street Legend Tony Christian Passes Away

Pro Street drag racing driver Tony Christian has passed away at the age of 74. Christian was one of the pioneers of the Pro Street movement and was known for his highly anticipated on-track matches against Pat Musi and for his red ‘57 Chevy.  
 
He also secured two Wallys for his efforts in National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) Pro Stock in 1988 and raced in Modified and Competition Eliminator categories before moving into National Muscle Car Association (NMCA) and National Street Car Association (NSCA).  
 
He is survived by his daughters Heather Kitcher and Tori Beckham, son Tony Christian III, and grandson Asher James.
