Troy Yarborough has been appointed president of the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington NTT INDYCAR SERIES event, Penske Entertainment announced.

Yarborough replaces industry veteran Bill Miller, who was appointed president of the event upon its original announcement in 2024.

Yarborough joins the Grand Prix with more than 20 years of experience in sports marketing, corporate partnerships and business leadership. Since joining Team Penske in 2015, he has served as senior director of partnerships, leading corporate relationship management and commercial activations while overseeing the sponsorship division. He provided strategic leadership for more than 40 corporate partners across Team Penske's NASCAR and NTT INDYCAR SERIES programs.

Prior to joining the Penske organization, he spent much of his career at Octagon, a global sports marketing and entertainment agency, where he built sponsorship programs, brand partnerships and fan engagement initiatives. Through his career, he's developed expertise in stakeholder engagement, event strategy, executive hospitality and partner activation.

"The inaugural year proved that Arlington is a fantastic stage for the NTT INDYCAR Series. Our vision for year two is simple: take everything we learned from year one and make the experience even better for fans, partners, and the community," said Yarborough. "Success for us means creating an unforgettable experience, showcasing everything that makes Arlington special and building an event that continues to grow and make a positive impact for years to come."
