Lucas Oil, the Indianapolis-based manufacturer and distributor of high-performance automotive additives and lubricants, has promoted Naomi Furgiuele to chief operating officer (COO).

In her new role, Furgiuele will oversee key company operations, including manufacturing, customer service, information technology and supply chain management.

Furgiuele joined Lucas Oil in early 2024 as senior product manager, bringing more than two decades of experience driving business growth and leading innovation. She was promoted to vice president of product development in late 2024 and to chief product officer (CPO) less than a year later.

Before joining Lucas Oil, Furgiuele led innovation and growth at Ignite Venture Studio and co-founded Small World Brands, following a 16-year tenure at Johnson and Johnson where she drove major product strategies for brands like Neutrogena and Aveeno.

Furgiuele assumes the role of COO effective immediately.
