MyRacePass Launches MRP Digital Waivers For 2026 Race Season

LINCOLN, Neb. (12/01/25) – MyRacePass is proud to announce the launch of MRP Digital Waivers for the 2026 race season—an innovative new solution designed to streamline pit-pass purchases and liability waiver management for the 2026 race season. The tool enables fans, crew members, and drivers to buy pit passes online and electronically sign required waivers before arriving at the track.

As part of its ongoing mission to streamline race-day operations, MyRacePass has expanded its suite of promoter tools with this latest feature, developed over the past two years to meet the evolving needs of today’s promoters.

MRP Digital Waivers is now available to all promoters at U.S.-based facilities insured through K&K Insurance or SIS Insurance, and includes the following features:

• User-friendly process for fans and drivers to purchase digital waivers online in advance of the event or at the back gate on race day using MRP Mobile Tickets.
• Multiple payment options including Apple Pay and Google pay to allow the user to purchase and sign a digital waiver in seconds
• Easy to navigate tracking for track staff to verify the digital waiver was paid and signed online or if the user paid online but signed in person on paper.
• Scannable barcode for staff to quickly process the digital waiver and speed up the back gate entry process on the day of the event.
• Simple to use navigation to quickly look up any waiver signed by a driver or fan for a past or current event.
• Hassle free refund process for individuals or cancelled events.
• User-friendly process to retrieve funds from all digital waivers sold following the event. 

Promoters subscribed to any of the three MyRacePass Race Management plans can use MRP Digital Waivers for free through the MRP Online Tickets section of their account. Once an event has been added to their schedule, a waiver can be attached and available for purchase in seconds.
