Press Conferences

For exhibitors that would like to address the press, the Press Conference Center is available by reservation.

• Press conferences are are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
• PRI will distribute a press release prior to the Show notifying registered media of any known press conferences scheduled during Show days.
• The Press Conference Center is outfitted with a stage, podium, microphone, speakers, projector, projector screen and A/V connections, along with seating for up to 50.
• The exhibitor is responsible for all self promotion of the press conference.
• Time slots for press conferences are available, in 30-minute blocks, at the following times:
  

  Thursday, December 12	9:30am – 4:30pm
  Friday, December 13	9:30am – 4:30pm
  Saturday, December 14	9:30am – 3:30pm

  
  
• Please coordinate your conference plans with PRI’s overall schedule to avoid press conferences taking place at the same time and preventing media from attending.
